1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Digital Lead Vantage ("DLV", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DLV provides AI-powered digital marketing services including SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), brand strategy, reputation management, affiliate marketing, and AI chatbot/agent deployment. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your chosen plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Marketing materials, strategies, and content created for your campaigns are owned by you upon full payment. Our platform technology, M9 Agent, and proprietary AI systems remain our intellectual property.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our M9 Marketing Agent generates recommendations, content suggestions, and analytics insights using AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication. We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI recommendations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems or algorithms
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with our platform
  • Resell or redistribute our services without written consent

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

DLV provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
